Following acquisition by the Landlord we were contracted to alter and reconfigure this 1000m2 industrial unit. Works included the removal of all ground floor offices, loading bay and mezzanine floor above.  All internal dividing walls, suspended ceiling and flooring were removed from the 1st floor to form open plan offices. 

Following removal of the above we installed new walls as required, installation of new suspended ceiling and flooring and full redecoration. 

Works included installation of new Heating System along with new LED lighting and re-configuration of all electrical and fire alarm services.  

Within the warehouse we removed a large extract ventilation system including re-sheeting to elevations with salvaged metal profiled sheets. 

Following removal of the loading bay we relocated the sectional overhead door, including structural steelwork, to the external elevation including all services. 

Externally the roof and gutters were then fully cleaned using a 3500 psi hot jet wash to remove all residue. Following cleaning we completed Giromax Cut Edge Corrosion works to all roof sheets providing a 10 year Guarantee.
