Works to both these units, 250m2 and 500m2, were instructed by the Landlord to remove previous Tenants fixtures and fittings and complete a full refurbishment and redecoration internally with the installation of new LED lighting throughout.
Externally we completed a full refurbishment of the roofs which included a full clean of the roofs and gutters using a 3500psi hot jet wash to remove all residues. We then completed Cut Edge Corrosion works using a Giromax System followed by a full re-coat of all the roof sheets providing a 10 Year Guarantee.
Minor works were carried out to the external elevations with several doors being re-sprayed with specialist coatings, additionally new Electrical motors were installed to the sectional overhead doors.
