A 450m2 industrial unit which was in a very dilapidated condition and had been left vacant for 2 years. We were contracted to carry out a full refurbishment of the premises including removal of the existing roof coverings and the installation of a new profiled metal sheet roof to both unit 2 A & 2B. Further works included the replacement of all the metal profiled sheets to all elevations.
Internally the welfare facilities were fully rebuilt and offices reconfigured.
All electrical services were renewed including the installation of a new fire alarm system.
A full redecoration completed the works including the installation of a new epoxy resin floor.
