We were instructed by Edwards Plc to carry out a full refurbishment to a 2500m2 former manufacturing unit, including the removal of all tenants fixtures and fittings and chattels to meet the clients dilapidation requirements to the Landlord.
Roof works included the removal of large ventilation grills and the re-instatement of Grp rooflights. The roof and gutters were then fully cleaned using a 3500 psi hot jet wash to remove all residue. Following cleaning we completed Giromax Cut Edge Corrosion works to all roof sheets providing a 10 year Guarantee.
Internally following strip out works offices and welfare facilities were fully refurbished including full redecoration and installation of new flooring.
The warehouse floor was fully blasttrac to remove all existing coatings and resin screeds with a new resin floor installed.
