Following our refurbishment for the Landlord we were instructed by GE Power Conversion UK Ltd to carry out a fitout of the building including alterations to suit their requirements.
Works included the installation of a new mezzanine floor to form new offices and workshops internal alterations to remove some existing walls and re-configure the layout to suit.
A new heating and ventilation system was installed including new air conditioning system.
An upgrade was carried out to the electrical, fire alarm system and installation of new security and alarm system along with CCTV.
