Our contract at 13 Herbert St, Portsmouth involved a full refurbishment of a 700m2 warehouse for the Landlord following the surrender of the lease by the Tenant HSS Hire. Works included a full strip out of all the tenants fixtures and fittings and removal of all chattels.
Works included replacement of roof lights and upgrades to various roof items and gutters. The old HSS Hire signage was removed, new windows installed to offices and some existing windows and doors were re-sprayed with specialist coatings. All elevations were redecorated externally.
Further works included redesign of the main vehicle entrance to remove existing brick walls and the installation of new security fencing and gates.
Internally the offices were fully upgraded to include new suspended ceilings, lighting and new carpets. All welfare facilities received new sanitaryware.
Within the warehouse following removal of two mezzanine floors and suspended ceiling it was necessary to replaster most of the wall surfaces. New high level LED lighting was installed along with an update to electrical services.
All internal surfaces were fully redecorated along with the installation of a new Epoxy floor coating.
