IDC Contractors
IDC Contractors has been formed following a re-brand in 2024 from Ian Dalton Contractors which started trading in 1988.
Our family business has a wealth of experience completing comprehensive refurbishment projects as a Principal Contractor, ensuring full compliance with CDM regulations and Health & Safety standards. Our portfolio includes a range of buildings such as Offices, Schools, warehouses, and large industrial units. In addition, we specialise in refurbishing domestic properties, offering services such as Kitchen and bathroom replacements and Heating system installations.
Works have been carried out all over the UK for various Landlords and Tenants sometimes within short timescales to conform with lease requirements. Most of these works have involved full refurbishment of Commercial Industrial Units. Previously we have completed refurbishment to over 60 schools in Hampshire and built extensions to several.
