Works to this nearly 2000m2 retail unit was completed for the Landlord to accommodate a new incoming Tenants requirements.
The main requirement was to strip out and remove all existing internal structures including two large mezzanine floors, all full height diving walls, flooring, all high level AC and ventilation systems, lighting and all electrical services back to incoming main switch.
Additional works included the removal of existing external brickwork to the front and side elevations, including structural steelwork additions and alterations. We then installed new curtain wall systems to new openings.
Externally the roof and gutters were then fully cleaned using a 3500 psi hot jet wash to remove all residue. Following cleaning we completed Giromax Cut Edge Corrosion works to all roof sheets providing a 10 year Guarantee. Further works included patch repair and full coatings to half of the roof area due to ultra violet light damage.
Internally all blockwork walls were full redecorated with the floor receiving a full clean upon completion.
